Room had an AMAZING view. We ate at the traditional restaurant close to the hotel. The place was just 1 mile from nine arch bridge. Ella station was about 15 minutes walk away.

Everything was perfect, so were fabulous views of a valley and hills. Really enjoyed my deluxe double room. Location: the hotel was right by valley. Moreover, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Royal William Yard. Had a great time...

We spent two nights there, enjoying the stunning views of Ella's Rock and little Adam's Peak. The 15-minute walk to the village centre was convenient, or you could easily take a 5-minute tuk-tuk ride. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The friendly staff greeted us with a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. The manager was also very helpful, providing us with useful information and recommendations. We appreciated the boxed breakfast they arranged for us as we had to check out early for our train to Kandy. a wonderful experience!
Can recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at Gap Panorama Bed & Breakfast in Ella. The view from the hotel was fine, with Ella Gap stretching for miles and Ravana Falls right in front of me. The owners were very friendly and the meals were tasty. The hotel is also reasonably priced, a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a holiday getaway.

The hotel boasted stunning views of the surrounding landscape. the rooms were spacious, clean and well, furnished. An added bonus was the availability of a fridge and tea and coffee, making facilities. the restaurant served some mouth, watering and spicy dishes that were simply delicious. It was also convenient that the hotel was situated close to several attractions that made sightseeing easier and more fulfilling.
One of the pillows on the bed was quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on, which was disappointing. the staff at the hotel were not as friendly as in other places we had stayed, which made the overall experience a bit underwhelming.

The panoramic views from the balcony were breathtaking. It felt like being on top of the world, surrounded by lush green tea plantations. The homely atmosphere and warm hospitality made me feel like I was visiting a long-lost relative rather than staying at a hotel. The reverse osmosis water system was a thoughtful touch, providing us with fresh, pure water in refillable glass bottles. The location, nestled in the tea plantation, added an element of adventure to our stay. It was like driving through a scene from a fantasy movie. The comfortable guestrooms ensured a good night's sleep, with their cozy beds and serene surroundings.
Weak English skills of the staff.

The location is perfect, with so many activities to enjoy in the surroundings. We loved exploring the beautiful landscape, going on hikes to Little Adam's Peak and Ella Rock, and taking in the breathtaking views. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable space for our large family. The satellite TV kept the kids entertained with their favorite shows, and the free Wi-Fi allowed us to stay connected with our loved ones back home. it was a fantastic experience for the whole family!
For families with children, it would be great if there were some outdoor play areas or a kids' pool. My kids wished there were more recreational options specifically designed for them.
